In 2020 MEHMS moved to an online school directory called A to Z Connect. Once you purchase a membership to the PTA, you are added to the online directory. Create a profile using the email address used to purchase the membership at https://mehmspta.membeshiptoolkit.com/login.
The member can add family members and adjust the settings for which parts are visible to other PTA members. Non-PTA members will not have access to the online directory. Members can search by class or name to reach families in the neighborhood. Enjoy!

This portal is different from the prior year, so you will need to Register an Account and then Verify to gain access. Once registered you can update your information and access the directory before the long weekend!

Once your account has been created:
Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account. This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.
Note: You will no longer need the app for AtoZ, the *new* app is called MembershipToolkti (the logo is a curly M).

- Go to mehmspta.membershiptoolkit.com
- Click on the Log In button or the Registration button.
- If you already have an account with another organization that uses either AtoZ or Membership Toolkit you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.
- Select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information.
- Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
- Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process.
Once your account has been created:
- Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information forms.
- Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.
